Returns & Exchanges
We’re very strict with our quality control, but occasionally something might slip through the cracks. If your product has manufacturing problem, or we sent you an incorrect order by mistake, send it back to us within 5 days after delivery for an exchange or repair.
If you are eligible, we’ll email a confirmation to you. Once your package reaches the warehouse, please allow 4 to 7 working days (depending on peak times and availability of accessories) for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, you will receive a confirmation email.
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org as we would love to help you exchange your purchase if returned within 5 days of delivery. Make sure the product you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue an exchange.
1 Year Service Warranty
Our products are covered by a 1 year warranty from the day they were bought, when used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended. Try not to over stuff your Monarch or put things in there that don’t belong. If you do put more cards in there than recommended, things can stretch out of shape and put undue stress on the stitching and other materials.
This warranty covers faults in materials and workmanship and doesn't apply if damage is caused by unreasonable use or neglect, normal wear and tear, or if you change your mind.
In order to make a warranty claim, you need to have purchased your Monarch through only our website and you must provide proof of purchase (for example, money receipt).
Requirements for claiming Warranty
For claiming warranty we must need the documents given below as evidence
1. Must have the unboxing video of the claiming product
2. Official documents (for example money receipt)
